Came across these when looking for some antique furniture. They were inside an old chest. I would suspect the teeth are cow or horse. Look forward to your comments.\u00a0 Justin, 616<\/p>\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> This is an attention-getting mask that surely comes from Urupan, Michoacan.<!--more--> Years ago a talented carver, Victoriano Salgado, developed this style of mask making and it has been use by many carvers in the area ever since. Lots of them are sold to tourists and collectors of Mexican folk art.
